Netflorist - WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

My experience with Netflorist has been so terrible. I ordered a bouquet of flowers and turkish delight for my grandma on the 27th of August 2020 for her birthday the 28th. I opted for the same day delivery that way she can receive her flowers the 27th and she would have it before her birthday. The reason I decided to use this service was because I would not be able to spend her birthday with her and they promise same day delivery on their site. Anyway long story short they call me the 27th of August at 18h50 to say they cannot make the delivery as they went to the wrong address and they only deliver until 19h00 and can only deliver on the 28th. I then agree to this as my grandmother's birthday is anyway on the 28th so it isn't a train smash and I then go over the address with the lady on the phone and she promises my grandmother will receive the delivery the next day. The 28th comes and goes and still no delivery. The 29th comes and goes and still no delivery. They eventually deliver the flowers and chocolates on the 30th of August around 13h30 before 14h00 and my aunt tells the delivery guy that they are a few days late and my grandmother's birthday was the 28th and the man just said "yes, but here the delivery is now" and walks away. I feel this is so unacceptable and the fact that whenever I enquired about the delivery I was just told the driver is on their way but no delivery came. To advertise same day delivery and deliver a WHOLE 3 DAYS LATER is utterly disgusting. I WILL NEVER BE USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!!!
