Netflorist- worse service ever

My husband ordered 4 flower arrangements and 1 hamper for Valentines day . Netflorist valentines special is that with every flower arrangement you buy you get a box of chocolates... Valentine's day arrives and we get the flowers and hamper .only to be told that they ran out of chocolates... now valentines day is the same time every year... are they not organised and prepared for the most busiest day of their calendar year..so we are told they have run out but we will get the delivery the next day the 15th...on the 15th 1 box gets delivered. I call and follow up .. the 18th 2 boxes get delivered..i call again... I'm now hoping that the last box will be delivered before 2017 Valentines day.<br> <br> we will never use this company again...I will tell every soul I know and have already posted this bad service on face book.... they have totally spoilt this very special day for my daughters who look forward to it.... I will in future by flowers from woollies and add a choc myself instead....
