Netflorist : Wiltering Customer Service

6 Days, 4 consultants later and Netflorist still cannot get my order right ... 15 Year Wedding Anniversary certainly one to remember. Refuse to refund me but to date have not fulfilled my order correctly.

I have been a client of Netflorist for years but lately they seem to have dropped the ball. Oh, and this is not the first time that they have messed up my order. Tell me Netflorist, since branching out from flowers and adding to your delivery portfolio, have you gotten so successful and big that you forget the very nature of your name NETFLORIST ????? Tell Harold that Joe Public is the reason for his success ..... Go back to the basics of bringing joy to us common people by getting things right the first time!!!!!
