NetFlorist will ***** you over

Worst experience of my life and poor communication from their side. I ordered a personalised birthday gift for a friend from NetFlorist. It was not delivered on the day that they had said it would be. 2 days later, i check on my profile and item is showing as 'in production'. Mind you there is no email or other notifications with this as its overdue for delivery. I sent them an email and no response. I call a few days later and they say that the personalistion machine is not working-after holding on the phone for 30mins back and forth. Worst service and communication ever and totally *****ed me over for getting the perfect birthday gift. They still have all items under personalisation as available on their site, even though their machine is not working-what *******. Will never use them ever again.
