NETFLORIST WILL NOT UNSUBCRIBE ME

I am not unhappy with Netflorist as such, they have stunning products, they are just too expensive for me. But I have unsubscribed from emails from them 6 times now. They have acknowledged receipt of this yet I am still getting mails....not sure how to proceed.
