NETFLORIST WHERE IS YOUR INTEGRITY ???

I am disgusted with the service level and lack of accountability that Netflorist displays .Charging vulnerable customers for items that are NOT delivered , increasing your profits over unassuming customers .It begs the question on how frequently this happens where you sit as fat cats earning for a service that wasn't offered . Where is your contractual obligation ,you should be taken to court and loose your license for on-line deliveries , however that works .<br> <br> I have been charged for Red roses to the value of R299 that was not delivered .When the consultant called I asked for Lindt chocs to be sent as a substitute to the value of the roses as Ironically the Florist did not have any flowers. Needless to say neither the Lindt choc or the Roses were delivered but were charged for .A huge disappointment for a 30th Birthday with a shabby looking bright pink package being delivered (not what I ordered .I contacted Mary yesterday with the above and asked for a resolution by 13:30 , no further communication was received .This is obviously not important to Netflorist .You received your money in Full for an order not delivered in full .Again where is your Integrity ?????
