Netflorist what you see is not what you get

I ordered flowers yesterday the cost R689 in total. It was suppose to be a wooden flower box with an arrangement. In stead we received a bunch of flowers. I phoned and if we return the flowers they deduct 15% from us. This is complete false advertising. What they show on the website is not what you get.
