NETFLORIST - what a joke!!

If there was an option for 0 stars I would've taken it. Netflorist seems to be advertising products, take money for these products but then they deliver something BELOW standard and MUCH CHEAPER than the actual item ordered and paid for by the customer. When I complained to them after they delivered some half dead excuse of a bouquet I paid more that a R 1000 for, I was told the following: They cannot guarantee the flowers/produce the client receives from their suppliers during the lockdown. Excuse me?? Why sell it if you know you can't supply or guarantee it??? They will kindly give me a R150 voucher for the next order with them to make up for the inconvenience. This will not even make up the difference between what I paid for and whatever they delivered cost. NETFLORIST it is ********* and downright dishonest and I am still waiting for a reply to my email sent on the 08th of May!! Their driver did not even wear a face mask, etc when delivering

I will never, ever make us of their service again as I have lost all faith in their brand. Shame on you for taking your trusted clients for such a ride. Never again.
