Netflorist - what a joke

This company wow i have no words....

we order a few items 3 are delivered and then one just does not pitch on delivery

we called numerous times and still with no luck where the parcell is.

eventually we call one last time for them to say the item is out of stock on bosses day not even them getting back to us, and lets not start with management i dont even think management exist in a company like this as they never at their desk or cant be found.

the ceo should be ashamed customer service is terrible
