Netflorist vouchers

I am disappointed that after being a Netflorist customer for three years and using them a lot they refused to offer a voucher or discount when I requested it based on their prerequisite that one has to put a birthday reminder on one’s profile. At no stage are we told that this practice is the only way to secure a discount on your next order. (Other international florists use discounts to encourage further orders. )The staff were uncaring on the chat and on my call. Very unlike the person we hear on the radio!! My family use Netflorist extensively for grocery as well as flower deliveries to my address. They do deliver ontime but the call centre is extremely disappointing
