Netflorist- "voted south africas number 1 florist" WHAT LIES
<p>i basically ordered flowers on thursday for mothers day and specified they be ordered on sunday for mothers day. Saturday i recieved a sms saying i should expect my order anytime between 7am and 11am. Throughout the morning yesterdat i had tracked my order and it said it was en route. At 11am i had phoned customer care and they told me my order was still in its hub but it was still heading to be delivered. At 2pm i recieved another sms stating my order was about to leave and i should be expecting my delivery. However at 7pm i recieved an email saying there was no stock which is uterly ridiculous as when i ordered it they had stock and throught out the day they had told me it was on it's way. They basically ruined my mothers day and they had advertised on East Coast Radio about ordering before the 6th to be delivered on mothers day. I am hugely dissapointed as i thought they were a trustworthy and ruputable company. Also i wasn't the only one that exprienced a problem with their poor service yesterday, several other of my friends did aswell. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
