Netflorist Very Unprofessional, Uncaring and Insensitive !!

My step sister passed away so I bought a customised clock from Netflorist for my Mom and Step Dad to remember my step sister. When the clock arrived they assembled the clock but it’s not keeping time. My Mom’s brother arrived they took it apart and reassembled it and it’s doing the same thing. My Mom phoned Netflorist and they are refusing to fix or replace it. They say it comes from a supplier. When we asked for the suppliers contact details they refuse to give it to us. So we have a brand new clock that doesn’t work. And they are refusing to assist. This is shocking service and my Mom and Step Dad are wanting to hang it up in rememberance of my Step Sister and now they can’t. Don’t ever buy from Netfloris they are terrible and insensitive. They don’t care about their customers!!
