Netflorist very Dissapointing

Netflorist will never fail in failing to please their customers. No matter how many alternatives I have tried to ensure I am satisfied as a customer, even if it meant compromising, they turned them down. I have never been so disappointed by a service provider. They insist I ordered a size medium gown, whereas I keep explaining I could not have. They put their systems above their customers. I have even tried to get a non-embroidered gown for them to pick up the incorrect size, they would not meet me halfway. They choose to win no matter what. It is my last order. I am disappointed and unhappy.
