Netflorist - very disappointing!!!!

I specially ordered a Personalised Candle / Teddy birthday gift for my sister. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! 1. The gift was broken - the glass holder was broken on arrival 2. Delivery time was so late on my sisters birthday - she had already left the office and someone else signed for the package
