Netflorist very bad service and ****s

My package was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered and its already the next day and still no package! They don't reply to messages or emails, and the call centre agent **** and said that there was no1 to receive the package whereas the recipient was waiting at home for the package to arrive after receiving an sms to say that its on the way. Really terrible service and would not recommend!
