Netflorist Valentines day let down

Ordered 12 red roses from Netflorist for Valentines day for my wife and had it delivered. Delivery was on time. On my way back from work I bought 12 red roses at Woolworths for my daughters. Arriving at home, I found the poor quality red roses delivered to my wife, all twelve fitting easily into a normal drinking glass without topping it over. The Woolworth roses by far exceeding the quality of the Netflorist roses, but at half the price, excluding delivery cost. Today, the WW roses still looking superb, Netflorist roses drooping and starting to wilt. What a let down.
