Netflorist Valentines day disaster

What a waste i placed my order on the 7th of February to be delivered on Valentines Day. It was delivered before 6 and the app told me that it was delivered at 21h24. Why do they make allowance for booking orders early if they going to be delivered late. They knew that they will be a high demand for Valentines day but didn't plan well.
