NetFlorist utterly Disappointing!

Placed an order 3 days in advance of delivery to ensure that the recipient receives her gift on time but it turned out to be a complete embarrassing disaster! The gift reached her 3 days later! The call center and help desk were an absolute waste of time. They had advised me that there is no way of tracking their vehicle, driver or goods! Absurd!! I receive an email after complaining with a bleak apology. S.A's leading gifting service? Pathetic and embarrassing.
