NETFLORIST USELESS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE

I placed an order on the 17th of Januay for delivery to be done in the 18th. It is now the 20th of January and the order has still not been delivered. Netflorist are useless and pathetic at communicating with clients. I had to phone them to find out why my order wasn't delivered. They call centre agent then said it was a mistake on their side and the gift would be delivered yesterday the 19th up until now nothing has been delivered. This is the second time I'm experiencing this nonsense with them. I then go on the website from the 17th it shows my order as being processed, when I chat online with them they try to blame me and say the address on the system was changed I then told them to go listen to the call I made earlier where their own agent told me it was a fault on their side. They shouldn't advertise same day delivery if they can't even do a simple delivery correctly and don't communicate with clients. Useless service from them they are being paid tto get the job done not doing me a favor
