Netflorist - useless and really not worth the price!

For a service provider who calls themselves SA's biggest online, same day gifting service. Your service is absolutely pathetic!! For the prices that you charge your customers, they should be getting far better treatment. Your call center agents are hopeless, they know nothing and cannot help even when do you get ahold of them after calling for 2 hours straight with no answer. So why bother having a call center?? There is no point. Its so sad what Netflorist has become!
