NETFLORIST USELESS AND ***********

I would prefer not to give them any stars.

I placed an order for flowers for delivery on Monday (as indicated by the date on the website). They did not deliver the order as indicated nor did they inform me that it was not delivered. Apparently "their system was too congested with too many emails, so emails were blocked from being sent". What a pathetic excuse for an ***********, inefficient service that takes money from people but doesn't deliver. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I discovered that my order was not delivered after a week, yet Netflorist and their service provider kept quiet about it. If I had not queried it, they would have kept the money and said nothing. No different than any other inefficient organisation in this country. My recommendation is DO NOT USE THEM. I will not ever again. PS I am still waiting for the order to be delivered yet I requested it to be done by 12. USELESS and PATHETIC
