Netflorist useless

Order a gift for my wife on the 12th of February to be delivered on the 14th. On delivery whole day got a call for a driver named CLAYTON SEEGER who is a very rude human insisted that we must meet him in germiston to collect the gift all the way from springs , he dropped my call and switched hos phone off when tried to phone him. Phoned us on the 15th he said he will be here at 9 , 9 came no driver he pitched up here at 10:15 were very rude and expect me to sign for a damaged parcel and the pacel was wet, i refused to sign for the parcel and phoned netflorist while on the line with the he just left without us signing for any parcel , at 12:02 i received an email stating that the parcel was signed for but we didnt sign for anything thats ***** that the driver commited to sign on our behalf , netflorist are full of excuses and never come back to us with any solution , this is not the first time this happens with us when we placed an order.

This company cant handle any queries or resolve any issues but they demand payment asap when an order is placed.
