NETFLORIST UNRELIABLE.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, EVER!!!

Ordered a gift at 10:45 am on the 13 Feb 2019 and selected the next available delivery date which was 13 February 2019. I Called the call centre to let them know of the recipients working times and all was good. At approximately 3:55pm 5minutes before the recipient is about to leave work netflorist called the recipient to say they are on their way with a parcel. Recipient then advises he is on his way on already. Netflorist then advises me of this and sends andd email to say my parcel will be priority delivery on the 14 February. I call then at 8:15 am on 14 Feb and confirm that the parcel is on the delivery schedule for today. I call again at around 12:30 and the consultant puts me on hold to confirm with the driver and then tells me he is 30min away from the recipient. I call again at 1:30pm as the recipient did not receive the parcel and this time im advised that the parcel has never even left the building as it was SOLD OUT the whole time. I ask for a refund and apparently that takes upto 10 workings days. All I wanted was a good VALENTINES gift to be delivered and NETFLORIST HAS SPOILT OUR VALENTINE'S DAY!!!!
