Netflorist unreliable

I placed an order on Sunday morning..netflorist online site says they are open till 2pm on a Sunday.however they failed to deliver due to it being Sunday and pushed the order for delivery on Monday the 31st which was still fine..even though this was a order for the persons birthday, till tonite there was no delivery of the order ..I called three times all three times I promised delivery will be made by the end of the working day..no delivery..I am unable to reach my login profile nor track my oder suddenly..such horrible unreliable service..I am honestly disappointed. Before deliver I contacted the net florist agent and she said they deliver at that pacific place..very disappointed with their service..
