Netflorist: Unreliable and lack of customer service

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered separate gifts for two friends and both the deliveries were sent to them with missing items. NetFlorist was able to give me a voucher for the missing balloon for the first gift, however, they plainly ignored my complaint regarding the second gift which had a missing gym towel. It's been over a month since enquiring with them, but no luck, as I keep following up. I will definitely be using other reliable service providers going forward.
