Netflorist unreliable

<p>Netflorist makes false promises and very poor customer service. On my mum's birthday I decided to make use of their same delivery. I requested the bouquet be delivered before a certain time in the afternoon and it never happened. I asked the very uninterested call centre person to change the delivery address and asked if it would still be delivered that day. She assured me it. Sadly and most disappointingly, the delivery was made at 18:55, the flowers slightly droopy, probably from being in the car for several hours. If you want to do something for a very special important person, do not use Netflorist. Rather make arrangements with your local florist.</p>
