Netflorist -Unprofessional & pathetic service!

I ordered flowers & a snack hamper for my aunts 70th milestone Birthday on 10 Jun-23 with ETA 12 June-23.On 12 June I was sent an email saying that Netflorist do not have stock of chery brandy roses & they can substitute with orange roses which I had no choice to accept.About 35 minutes later I received another email stating that they cannot fulfill my order as they have no stock.I asked to cancel the snack hamper as the flowers was meant to be the main gift but they told me I have to pay cancellation fees for their mess up! Anyway it was too late as the snack hamper was already delivered as I found out a few minutes later. Apart from the poor & unprofessional service, they couldn't even offer to substitute the flowers & embarrassed me as only a snack hamper was delivered. I will never use them again. Netflorist,shame on you for false advertising & pathetic service!
