NetFlorist unable to deliver

For the second time in as many months, NetFlorist has messed up a delivery.

Last month, they accepted an order for an additional gift to deliver with some flowers, only to phone back - after I had paid - to say the local merchant was unable to deliver the additional item. No cash refund - I had to take a voucher.

Now, having ordered flowers as a birthday surprise for delivery next week, the flowers have been delivered today!!!

It will be interesting to see what their "100% satisfaction guarantee" delivers.
