Netflorist truck crashes into my car-nothing done!

A netflorist truck skips a red robot and crashes into my car and then drives off. I have to drive after him to get his details. After reporting it to net florist on the 21 January still nothing has been done. The fleet manager Simon who has been dealing with this ignores my calls and never gets back to me. As far as I know there has been no consequences for the driver after a hit and run. I have 2 eyewitnesses that can verify my story but still they keep stalling. I don't know who else to speak to at netflorist as Simon apparently deals with this. I just feel this is unacceptable for such a big company who has insurance to deal with this is such a bad manner!! Something needs to be done.
