Netflorist: Tread CAREFULLY - UNRELIABLE

Very disappointed in the service received from Netflorist. I placed a small order, timeously, for same day delivery. I called Netforist twice, speaking to two different representatives of Netflorist, who, confidently i may add, assured me that my order would be leaving the building soon and would be delivered on time. What do you know? The order did not leave the building on the same day, with NO communication from Netflorist whatsoever. For a company that basis their service on reliability - you need to sort yourselves out. I would discourage using Netflorist going forward, rather look elsewhere, or, do the job yourself. Not worth the money that they ask for. I now have to make numerous calls, spending money thereon, and arrange for a change of delivery address as the recepient is no longer at the address specified (who knows - the order may not even be attended to a day later) - all because of the (in)competence of Netflorist. Tread carefully in dealing with Netflorist - deprecated by its reliability. Also, you need to change the voice when you phone your help line - it is not easy on the ear, at all.
