NetFlorist! Totally and Utterly Useless!

Velentine's Day is a special day and for the lucky few, they have been spoilt and pampered the entire day while most of us have to work. While we do work, we would expect that our deliveries be done to our special ones, wives, partners or whoever you would be sending gifts to. I cannot however express my utter disappointment as my gift to my wife has not been delivered yet. The day is almost over and she still is to receive here Valentine's surprise. I placed my order on the 7th of February (***) and selected an early delivery. I called in 3 times today and they say they that cannot guarantee my delivery. A senior or manager is never available, they apparently need to escalate my call to them and they would come back to me.... well 3 hours later, I am still to receive a call. Pathetic, Disgusting and utterly ridiculous. Think twice before you use the NetFlorist service!
