Pity I can't rate Netflorist with ZERO stars.

Received an email today stating that the delivery could not be made, despite me placing my order with no issues a few days ago. I contacted their call centre and was told that they tried to deliver and even attempted calling her, despite there being no evidence of this on my girlfriend's call log.

After asking for a full refund, I am then told by their call centre agent (Charlene) that I will not be getting the delivery fee back (despite their being nothing actually delivered).

I am expecting a follow-up call and full refund INCLUDING delivery fee!

Cheers for ruining her Valentine's Day. Worst service ever, and I will never use this company again!
