Netflorist - Thee most disappointing florist!

It's been two weeks and three days and I've still not received my delivery. The order was placed on the 11th. My colleague was informed that delivery would take place on the 15th. There was no delivery on the 15th. She had followed up and there was no email correspondence in response to her query from Nerflorist. I then called them on Saturday and I was informed the gift would be delivered on the Sunday. After waiting almost the entire day on Sunday. I called back the Monday and was informed the delivery would take place, Tuesday, 01.03.2022. Again the delivery did not take place. I think this service is pathetic to say the least. I feel really bad as I was the one who recommended Netflorist to my Swiss colleagues. Utterly dismayed and appalled.
