NetFlorist the Worst Service Ever

On the 12th of Feb 2019 placed an order which was ment to be delivered on the 14th Feb. the order did not arrive and I was given no explanation as to why it wasn't delivered. to the 15th of Feb the order has yet to leave the store. I have been made to wait on the phone for more then 3 hours trying to get answers to what it is that going on. The phone lines ring and ring continuously and the emails reads that you will only get rep**** back after 9 business working hours. this is undoubtedly the WORST service ever after this i will never use NetFlorist ever again.
