Netflorist the worst Florist ever

iPutrid service. Never to be recommended. Thsi was the worst order ever via a call center. Ive ordered an item with netflorist via their call center. The agent advised that what i see is what ill get. Firstly my order arrived the following day not as advertised. Lastly they delivered the wrong item, ive emailed their quality assessment team who didnt get back to me since Friday. Phoning the call center to center to lodge a complain doesnt help as they dont provide any assisstance. Is there anyone that help me to return their bull.... to get reimbursed?
