Netflorist the SPAM king

Have you ever tried to get yourself off the email list for Netflorist? It is impossible. I have sent 6 emails since the beginning of April, I have used the 'unsubscribe' link on their spam on each and every email they send to me (and I get at least 3 a week) and each time I am acknowledged with a lovely note back "We hear you and you will be unsubscribed in 5 - 10 days' And guess what? Nearly 3 months later I am still be spammed by this company? Seriously. This is bull****! I used their services once when my uncle died to send the family flowers. I did not give permission for promotional material to be sent to me and yet I am getting these ****** things constantly! What do I have to do to get my email deleted from your lists?????
