Netflorist the ruiner of happiness

For such a reputed company, they are absolutely disappointing and frankly a waste of my money! I have had 2 terrible experiences in the past 2 months. The first was for my anniversary, my husband wanted to surprise me with flowers with a balloon and card. Unfortunately I did not receive it, it was left at my complex gate, which the driver had **** saying the security didn't allow him in. Half the order wasn't given and the flowers were eaten and withered. Further more my husband had received an email stating I received and signed for it. After 2 weeks of complaining a bouquet of flowers was sent as an apology not even with the balance of the order that was supposed to be there. Second experience was me sending a surprise mother's Day arrangement to my mum, only for her to receive flowers that are turning brown and getting dry. It's so sad were we want to surprise our loved ones only for netflorist to ruin the entire special moment! My anniversary will definitely not be forgotten this year! Thanks to netflorist mine and my husband's day was ruined. A company that prides themselves on love, special moments, care really are the opposite of it all!
