NETFLORIST - THE GIFT THEY OFFER IS EMBARRASSMENT

I ordered a ManBox for my boyfriend's birthday to be delivered to his office as a surprise. Well, it was indeed a surprise when my boyfriend received the package with another man's name on it! I am absolutely embarrassed and cannot believe the service from NetFlorist. The company creates a false sense of safety that you can have gifts delivered to someone else, obviously not! I will never order from NetFlorist again and I will be reporting this matter to the Ombudsman.
