NetFlorist, kindly advise WHY and HOW this is the second year in a ROW that my partner orders Valentine's spoils for me, in line with your delivery policy, AND YOU DONT DELIVER?! He was never refunded or provided any clarification. The one thing you build your business on is a ****.
