ordered 24 roses got 12 they promised to exchange the following day it never arrived I asked them when they would deliver they told me that I never confirmed the exchange despite us communicating on whatsapp where it was in black and white. they said they would deliver the following day. nothing was sent I got a call that they would credit my account for 60% still no credit.
