NetFlorist is almost the generic name for anyone that provides online flowers and gifts; like how we ‘Google’ and ‘Uber’. With a reputation like that, I felt comfortable to stake my own professional reputation on the quality of your service.

A decision I’ve come to sorely regret.

At the end of last year I ordered sweets in personalized mason jars from you and delivered them as a gesture of gratitude to my business contacts. Unfortunately, one of the recipients didn’t receive theirs and I recently decided to crack it open and take a look. I can think of a myriad of more affordable ways to ruin my good name than to send important stakeholders rusty jars filled with rancid, mouldy speckled eggs. Thanks to NetFlorist, I now won’t have to.
