Netflorist terrible service

We are really disappointed in Netflorist service, I ordered a gift for my father on the 12th February, it was meant to be delivered on the 13th February, it was not delivered! After being on the call center for 30min she said it would be delivered on the 16th now the 18th! It has still not been delivered!

I cannot get hold of anyone! I would not recommend Netflorist at all.
