Netflorist terrible service

Flipping expensive with bad service. Ordered a balloon, teddy and nougat package and it was delivered with the balloon stick with no balloon, paid extra for a special occasion card and got a standard card, tried to reach the call center and holding on forever, this is not my first bad experience with them.
