Netflorist terrible service

Service absolutely shocking. I ordered 12 roses to be delivered during office hours. When it got to 4pm I checked and they had not been delivered. I phoned netflorist who tried to make it my fault and was extremely rude. I would warn anyone using these ******** beware.
