Netflorist terrible service and late deliveries!!!

SO DISSAPOINTING!!! Bad service. I placed an online order yesterday, and it still hasn't arrived!!! The tracking system is the worst. No phone call to ket us know its late. By 21:30 last night still no delivery. What's the point of sending packages, and they don't arrive, and there moment has passed, and the surprise is ruined. I WANT NEW FLOWERS OR A CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT, because the ones I'll be getting today won't be fresh!!!!!!!
