Netflorist terrible service

Netflorist really shocks me, whole idea of your business to provide a service for special occasions. People sending to loved ones. I ordered flowers, chocolates, and cake for my niece for her 16th birthday and they deliver the flowers and choclate and leaves the cake! I called the agent around 14.00pm, told them I arranged with mom for cake. They did nothing I called at 16.00pm, oh sorry we can do anything. I mean seriously, the service consultant I previously called couldn't do something, cant u get on your bicycle and make sure that the recipient gets the cake for that special occasion!! I mean what is the point of Netflorist services, flowers and treats for special occasions right. Seriously!!!!! Go relook how u service your customers.
