NETFLORIST Terrible Disgusting service.

ABSOLUTELY APPAULLED. BAD SERVICE. afternoon. I am very unhappy with the service I have received. I used their service because they had same day delivery and what I believed to be a good brand and professional service. What a disappointment ? It's my mothers79th birthday today, 14 June and ordered a cake a flowers for delivery today. They arrived this afternoon. Firstly, they only phoned when at the gate and my folks where on there way home, 15mins away and not home. They were asked if they could wait and the response was not professional at all. It was a " I'm not prepared to wait. We will come tomorrow." It is not my mother's birthday tomorrow and do I get fresh folwers and fresh cake? I am appaulled to be honest. I understand you cant wait for every one but why not phone a client list in the morning before leaving to get an idea or let them know when to try be home. Then try and see if you can get hold of any one to complain. Not at all. I am very unhappy and quiet frankly would like my money back. This was a surprise for her and one that I wanted to make her feel special. That has just been destroyed. What more can I say. Disgusting. Never promote but actually will go out of my way to put people off your service.
