Netflorist terrible delivery timelines

I made an order for same day delivery with Netflorist. The receipt of the gift has to wait over an hour after her knock off time. I called the call center before 5 to confirm if the delivery will be there not later than 5, they confirmed that business deliveries are not later than 5. 1 hour after 5 the delivery has not been delivered.

The call center can’t even confirm how far the delivery is from the intended location. Netflorist needs to do better with the same day delivery. It’s a bit annoying the fact that their tracking order system is just useless and you get ***ol updates.
