Netflorist SUCKS_Unreliable Service

I placed an order (that came to R1009) on Monday the 12th of February 2018 before 12pm. 1 item out of my order got delivered on the 14th very late. The person only got it this morning. The puppy love & lindor basket has not been delivered. I did not get a call, there was no communication received. Unreliable service and people.

For those experiencing the same issues, please go to Woolworths- great service and very reliable.
