Netflorist SUCKS!!!!!

Disgusting, pathetic, useless service. The second time they have stuffed up my Valentine's order but it will be the last. I will NEVER use them EVER again. They called to deliver at 08H30 on Sunday morning without pre-notification of an estimated time for delivery and then never bothered to try and deliver again or even call again. When I followed up they said the delivery was now scheduled for 15 Feb. Luckily I bought my wife flowers from elsewhere to give her on Valentine's day otherwise I would've had nothing like the last time this happened. I have requested them to cancel my order and refund me. Let's see if they can get that right.
